GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND USE (GTC/GTU)

Article 1 – Legal Information (Legal Notice) and Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (hereinafter the "GTC") govern the contractual relations between the online platform Ynivers (hereinafter "the Site" or "We"), published by PLAERUS STUDIOS, and any natural person (hereinafter "the User" or "the Customer") using the platform.

Ynivers offers digital introspection services, astrological analyses, and readings via random quantum generators. Using the Site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

Article 2 – Legal Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

THIS CLAUSE IS FUNDAMENTAL FOR THE USE OF THE PLATFORM. The tools offered by Ynivers (karmic analyses, quantum readings, mantras, etc.) are provided exclusively for entertainment, personal reflection, and spiritual exploration.

Ynivers claims no absolute truth and in no way guarantees the occurrence of future events or tangible results.

The services cannot substitute for professional consultations (medical, psychological, legal, or financial).

The User retains full free will. Ynivers declines any responsibility regarding life choices or actions taken by the User following the use of the services.

Article 3 – The Economic System (Yings and Yangs)

Ynivers' paid operation is based on a dual-energy system (internal virtual currencies) ensuring secure transactions and clarity in the affiliation program.

3.1. YINGS (Exploration Energy)

Yings are prepaid virtual credits purchased by the User to unlock the platform's services and analyses.

  • Discovery Pack: 10.00 € = 100 Yings
  • Exploration Pack: 20.00 € = 220 Yings (including 20 free Yings)
  • Evolution Pack: 50.00 € = 600 Yings (including 100 free Yings)

Prices are shown in Euros (€), US Dollars ($), or Thai Baht (฿) All Taxes Included (ATI) depending on your region. Payment is made by credit card via our secure provider (Stripe).

Validity and Refunds: Yings have no expiration date as long as the User's account remains active. They are strictly personal and non-refundable. Yings cannot under any circumstances be resold, transferred to a third party, or converted into fiat currency (Euros/Dollars) outside the platform.

3.2. YANGS (Radiation and Affiliation Energy)

The platform offers a referral program rewarding sharing.

For the Referee: Any new User signing up via a referral link and making their first deposit receives a +10% bonus in Yings on this purchase.

For the Referrer: The User whose link was used receives a commission equivalent to 10% of each deposit made by their referee, with no time limit. This commission is credited in the form of Yangs (10 Yangs = 1.00 €).

Article 4 – Use and Withdrawal of Yangs (Cash-out)

Yangs earned through the affiliation program can be used in two ways: converted into Yings for internal use, or withdrawn to an external PayPal account.

To protect the platform against fraud and bank disputes, PayPal transfer requests are subject to the following strict conditions:

  1. Security Delay (Anti-Chargeback): Any Yang generated following a referee's purchase is placed on "Pending" status for a non-compressible period of 30 calendar days. After this period, and provided there is no dispute or chargeback from the referee, the Yangs become "Available".
  2. Withdrawal Threshold: The User can only request a PayPal transfer with a minimum balance of 1000 available Yangs (equivalent to 100.00 €).
  3. Transaction Fees: Any fees imposed by PayPal during the transfer are the sole responsibility of the User and will be deducted from the final amount paid.
  4. Internal Conversion: The User may choose at any time to convert their available Yangs into Yings to use them on the Site. Ynivers reserves the right to apply an incentive bonus during this conversion.

Article 5 – Anti-Fraud Policy

Ynivers applies a zero-tolerance policy regarding abuses of the affiliation program. It is strictly forbidden to create multiple accounts for self-referral. Ynivers uses detection tools (cross-referencing IP Addresses, Cookies, identical Credit Cards). If self-referral or attempted fraud is detected, all commissions (Yangs) linked to the transaction will be immediately canceled without notice, and the concerned account(s) will be permanently deleted. In the event of a forced refund requested by a referee's bank (Stripe dispute/Chargeback), the corresponding Yangs credited to the Referrer will be immediately deducted from their balance.

Article 6 – Waiver of the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with legal provisions relating to the distance selling of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the execution has begun with the consumer's prior express consent. By purchasing a Ying Pack, the User wishes their account to be credited instantly to use the platform's services. Therefore, the User agrees that the execution of the service begins immediately after payment validation and expressly waives their 14-day right of withdrawal.

Article 7 – Intellectual Property

All elements (texts, interfaces, visual identity, algorithms) of the Ynivers platform are the exclusive property of the publisher. The dynamically generated content for the User (PDF Documents, karmic analyses, audios) is licensed for strictly personal and private use. Any resale, republication, or commercial exploitation of these documents is strictly forbidden without Ynivers' written consent.

Article 8 – Personal Data (GDPR)

Birth data (date, time, location) provided by the User are used exclusively to query our astrological ephemeris APIs to generate analyses. Ynivers commits to never selling these data to third parties. Payments are secured by Stripe; Ynivers stores no banking details. The User has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data by contacting support: hello@ynivers.com.

Article 9 – Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These GTC are governed by Thai law. In case of dispute, the User agrees to contact Ynivers first to seek an amicable solution. Failing this, the competent courts will be those under the jurisdiction of Ynivers' headquarters.
