Article 1 – Nature of collected data

Ynivers collects and processes the following data when you use our services:

  • Identity and contact data: E-mail address upon account creation.
  • Profiling data: Date, time, and place of birth. These data are strictly necessary to generate the astral chart and analyses. No last name is required.
  • Browsing data: Technical and analytical cookies essential to the proper functioning and security of the site.
  • Financial data: Payments are fully managed by our secure payment provider (Stripe). Ynivers stores no banking details.

Article 2 – Purpose of data processing

Your data is used exclusively to:

  • Provide personalized analysis services (astrology, numerology, karma).
  • Allow connection and guarantee the security of your personal space.
  • Manage the purchase and use of your virtual credits (Yings and Yangs).
  • Send you the results of your readings and quantum synchronicities by e-mail at the appropriate time.

Article 3 – Data Sharing and Third Parties

Ynivers firmly commits to never reselling your personal data to third parties for advertising purposes.

Your birth data is only shared with our astrological ephemeris API providers for the sole mathematical purpose of calculating your astral charts. No identity data (such as your e-mail) is transmitted to these APIs. The platform is hosted by Vercel Inc. and transactions are secured by Stripe.

Article 4 – Security and Retention

Your data is stored securely (encrypted databases). Data related to your account is kept as long as it is active. In the event of account deletion by the User, all personal data (profiles, reading history) is permanently erased from our active databases within 30 days.

Article 5 – Your Rights (GDPR Compliance)

In accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right at any time to:

  • Access your personal data.
  • Rectify your data.
  • Erase your data (Right to be forgotten).
  • Data portability.
