At the age of 23, Joe Dispenza was struck by an SUV during a triathlon. His spine was fractured in multiple places. Surgeons informed him that he would never walk again without a major operation that would permanently limit his movements.
Rejecting the prognosis, he left the hospital. For 9 weeks, he secluded himself and mentally reconstructed, vertebra by vertebra, his spine each day. After ten and a half weeks, he was walking again.
Following this experience, he dedicated his life to understanding 'how' this could have occurred. He trained in neurosciences, neuroplasticity, and epigenetics.
During his large-scale retreats, a team of scientists accompanies participants to map the change in their brain waves (towards gamma waves) and to prove through biological analyses the spontaneous healings of cancers or degenerative diseases.
He demonstrated that the brain makes no distinction between a real event and a vividly imagined event. To manifest healing or a future event (such as synchronicity), one must feel the gratitude and joy of that event BEFORE it physically occurs. Emotion is the magnet, thought is the electrical charge.
Dispenza draws upon quantum physics: matter is not solid, it is composed of 99.99999% energy and empty space. If we are energy, we must interact with the universe not as matter (body, pain), but as a wave (consciousness).
His method involves becoming 'no one, nowhere, in no time' (the zero point), to enter the infinite quantum field and select a new potential reality.
A practical guide, blending science and meditation, to access the quantum field and reprogram one's physiological reality.
How to break the neurological habits that keep us anchored in our past to create a new self.
